Diligence Hub is a highly-secure site, so gaining access is a two-step process
Step 1
You’ll set up your main account and this account will be the Account Owner for your company’s account on Diligence Hub. You’ll need to verify this – we’ll send you an email.
Step 2
FCSA will then manually verify your Diligence Hub account – for security reasons we check that the company and contact details you’ve registered with us are accurate.
Step 2
You’ll then be able to see and sign-up to a Diligence Hub plan exclusive to FCSA Recruiter Partners.

- There’s no commitment to proceed further
- It will be used as the Account Owner account in the future.
- Please make sure you are not using a shared email address (example: info@, team@) It must include your name in the email address
Creating this account will give you access to

- Plan pricing
- Plan sign-up page
After you’ve completed this step
- You’ll receive an email asking you to verify the email address you used
- You must verify your email before you can login
- We automatically delete unverified registrations after 7 days
At the same time, and generally within a couple of working hours, we carry out some security checks and grant you access to Diligence Hub.
